Do I need an appointment to view a car?
Walk-ins are always welcome at our Ngong Road yard. A quick call ahead means the exact car you want to see is already pulled up and ready when you arrive.
Are the prices negotiable?
It depends on the car. Every listing is marked either "Negotiable" or "Fixed price" next to the asking price, so you know exactly where you stand before you call.
What's the difference between "Dealer stock" and "Owner's car"?
"Dealer stock" is a vehicle we own and sell directly. "Owner's car" belongs to a private individual and we're marketing it on their behalf — viewings and negotiations still go through us either way.
I want to sell my own car — what do you need from me?
Send us the make, model, year, mileage and a few clear photos on WhatsApp, or bring the car itself down to Ngong Road. We'll agree a price with you before anything goes live.
Do you help with the ownership transfer paperwork?
Yes. Once a sale is agreed, our team guides both buyer and seller through logbook transfer and safe payment, whether the car is our own stock or one we're marketing for an owner.
Is the mileage shown on every listing confirmed?
We only publish a mileage figure once we've confirmed it ourselves. If a listing doesn't show one yet, it means we haven't finished verifying it — call us and we'll get you the exact reading before you view the car.
